Quarters are not the highest denomination in circulation, they are the third. Half-dollar and dollar coins are also in circulation.
That’s why it says “commonly” circulated.
Wonder how many takes it took to get a few of those and how many of those were freak accidents. (Like the one where he goes off of one glass and into the other…wonder if he meant to have that sitting there) Either way…that’s freaking amazing.
