The best way would to just cut out the bottle so it is the least obtrusive for a week. Eventually, the skin in contact with the glue would shed off and the plastic would fall off with the glue (and a nice layer of old (dead) skin)
If you ever dropped a bit of super glue on your finger and it became rough, it does the same thing. It wears off over time.

While secretly plotting to superglue all their dicks shut closed.
You can actually use super glue to help heal big cuts, its probably more toxic than the medical glues, but if you had a cut that you needed closed up it would do the job.
